How to Shop With Us: Visit our website at www.shopwinnieandfinn.com to create a shopping account and purchase from us.
Shipping : Retail orders ship within 3-5 business days of pre-order stock arrival- Please review the listed turnaround time on the item's product pages. Ready to ship items (in stock) ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.
How Preorders Work: Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Your order date is when TAT (arrival/turnaround times) will begin. Once products arrive your order will ship and tracking will be attached to your order.
Shipping Insurance: Clients can opt into shipping insurance at the time of ordering through Route Protection. We can only ship to addresses provided on your shipping invoice.
Ordering Preorders and In Stock Items Together: If preorder items and in stock items are ordered together we will ship the order once all items are available to ship. At this time we do not split orders. If you would like to receive your in stock items within 3-5 days of purchase please order them separately from any preorder items.

How to Dropship With Us:
We offer seamless integration via Synclogic (find instruction here) or manually. During checkout you will need to make sure your customer's name and address is complete in the shipping address portion of the checkout process. We will ship straight to your customer with a shipping label listed as Warehouse and linked to our PO Box to allow for anonymity. You must enter your own information in the billing section so there isn't an error with you payment provider. Thank you!
Trouble accessing your account?
If you registered for an account but can't log in then please head to your email and search for the activation email link from shopwinnieandfinn@gmail.com. Gmail users will almost always find this in the promotions folder. We approve daily so if it's been a while, chances are you've been approved but that email is hiding somewhere.
